We all have within us what is needed to achieve what we truly desire. This is the biggest mystery- understanding ourselves and getting in touch with our deepest self. ‘MeetSelf’ is a unique experience to discover and understand self, through judgement and belief free lens and embrace ” Who we really are.

Emotional Resilience

The ability to keep calm and going on in times of adversities. ‘Resilience’ is one of the key leadership traits for leading self and teams. The course will deepen the understanding of the concept and enable the participants to be stronger version of self. The methodology used will be a creative blend of theory, practical tips, and activities. All through the session will be an interactive one, ensuring the participants are able to understand and implement the concepts in day to day lives.

Personal Brand

Your executive presence, ability to speak with authenticity and assertiveness depends on how aware you are about yourself. Being aware of your strengths enables you to build a strong personality and deal with difficult situations with confidence.
