A Coaching conversation is a creative partnership between a Coachee and a Coach for achieving desired professional and personal goals. We often struggle in what we do because we fully don’t understand what we are truly capable of doing and tapping into our true potential. A Coach holds a safe space for you, enabling you to tune into the untapped areas for personal and professional growth.
Life skills are abilities that enable us to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life. These life skills enable us to lead a life that we want to live. In todays VUCA world where change is the only constant, one needs to have skills of resilience, managing emotions, self-awareness, and self care for taking ownership of life and living life fully.
About Us
Moving Footprints started by Ruchi Sharma Kapoor is a
consolidated platform for Leadership Development, Coaching, Life Skills and
Emotional Intelligence. The name is based on her firm belief that all journeys
of winning start with self and each of us has the potential to be who we want
to be. Each day through thick and thins, through ups and downs we grow as an
individual moving closer to our strongest version of self. Moving Footprints is
your partner in this journey, offering creative solutions around
transformational leadership and life.
Our leadership and life skills interventions
creatively blend theory with activities and practical tools ensuring that the
concepts are easily understood and adapted in daily lives. Our coaching
conversations hold a safe space for the individual and through powerful
questioning enables them to lean into the untapped zone, that helps in looking
at the situation in a different perspective. In today’s dynamic world one must deal with
constant change and new demands, this at times can be challenging and may leave
us feeling lost. What matters in such times is not giving up and keep moving –

About the founder-
Ruchi Sharma Kapoor
People Evangelist, Certified Coach, Social and Emotional Intelligence Certified, Leadership professional, Author and Facilitator.
Over 16 years of rich diversified HR experience across functions and industries. Her experience range from Business partnering, leadership development, Diversity and Inclusion and HR Mergers and acquisition.
An Economics graduate from Delhi university and MBA in HR from MDI Gurgaon. She is a certified coach with Erickson Coaching International and has been a practicing coach since 2017. She is also a certified Emotional and Social Intelligence Coach from the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence.
She firmly believes each individual is unique and has immense
potential to reach his/her goal in life. She is passionate about working in the area of Leadership, Coaching and Life Skills. With her rich experience and need of the changing times she offers to re-look at the ways of leadership intervention and works towards building a winning team by helping each individual to be the best version of self. Her strong belief and passion got her to move full time into her current role and starting “Moving Footprints”, which partners with organizations and individuals, through leadership and coaching interventions.
